4. That the above conditions apply equally to all current, past, and future purchases.

You undertake to adopt stringent protocols within your organization or facility for the management and use of the chemicals to avoid any incorrect use or injury. Before placing an order, you will gather all appropriate safety information and designate all materials as necessary.

If an order has been charged for but not sent, the firm reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of misusing their products. If an order has been paid for but not sent, the company will issue a full refund. In this instance, users will be banned from the site.

The company does not guarantee that its items will match the product descriptions in the company’s online catalog. If a product is banned in the Netherlands, we will ship a comparable product that fully complies with Dutch laws and regulations. In all cases, Dutch law is leading and exceptions will never be made.
